Hey my dudes,

What a week it’s been! I have sold, prepped, baked, packed, and given out my first pastry boxes! And it went so well! I know I said last week that I would explain more about the whole concept and everything this week, but yet again I am a liiiiiittle bit sitting in the shit and don’t have time to deep dive (will I ever learn how to not take on too much??). Next week though!

Anyway, I spent last week prepping and vlogged it all.
Wednesday was for scaling recipes and organizing myself.
Thursday was for buns and kladdkaka.
Friday was for mini cakes and cookies.
Saturday was baking and packing.

So many people had the same comment: “Can we get that kladdkaka recipe??”

To which the answer is, yes, of course!!

Kladdkaka is a Swedish sticky chocolate cake, similar to brownies. This is the same recipe I have used (and published) many, many times.
You can find it on YouTube, my website, and it was part of a 5-recipe collection I did for Valentine’s Day.

Below, for paid subscribers, is the recipe for the kladdkaka plus the white coffee namelaka and candied cocoa nibs.

Both are pretty easy to figure out on your own, and I have made a video on how to make all the elements. But if you feel like you just desperately need to have the recipes written by me, and you like the idea of supporting me and my channels and gaining my undying love, affection, and gratitude, then a subscription is only $5 USD a month or $55 USD for the whole year.

I am already gearing up for next Saturday’s Bageriet Lördag pastry box and can't wait to share another recipe next week!

Xoxo,
Cecilia
