Is there a serving of dark chocolate missing in the ingredient list? I see you using chocolate twice- once in the butter cream and another time to dip the biscuits. Is the 110 g of chocolate split between the two?

No that's just for the buttercream. I don't believe I scaled out the dark chocolate for dipping, just melted a bunch since you can reuse whats leftover. I probably tempered between 500-750g. You need quite a bit so it maintains its temperature.
